Just Natural are not even a store- they operate under this name but all their products come from a distribution centre called CLF Distribution. So when trying to return the products I didn't open (I bought 4 bottles of non alcoholic wine, opened one and tried one sip- it tasted like apple cider vinegar!) I contacted the store to request to return the other three. Trying to return liquids through a courier is near on impossible without spending most of what you'd be refunded due to it being a restricted item. When speaking to the customer service team, they were blunt and rude about not helping with the returns process and clearly do not want to receive returns. I've finally managed to return with DHL and am waiting for my refund.

A very drinkable wine with good “winey” taste. Some just taste so artificial, but this is great stuff.
