Our soya is guaranteed of EU origin, organic, with no GM ingredients, and is perfect for use in vegetarian meals such as curries, stir-fries and pies.
How to: Add the entire contents into 300ml boiling water, cover and leave for 5 minutes. Drain, cool and squeeze out the excess water. Add a few splashes of soya sauce. The soya pieces are now ready to season and shallow fry for 2-3 minutes, turning frequently.
