Kalms Day are a traditional remedy, which are used to relieve irritability, anxiety and the stresses of everyday life. Kalms Tablets are also used to aid sleep.
Kalms Day contain extracts of two herbs:
- Valerian is used to relieve restlessness and sleep disturbances.
- Hops - The female flowers of the hop plant used in herbal medicine as a treatment for stress, restlessness and sleep disturbances.
Who can use it:
For adults and the elderly. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old
How to use:
2 tablets - three times a day with water after meals.
