Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup ground linseed
- 1/4 cup honey or syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (such as raisins or cranberries)
- 1/4 cup almonds or walnuts chopped
How to Make it
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, ground linseed, dried fruit, and nuts.
- In a small saucepan, heat the honey and almond butter over low heat until melted and combined.
- Pour the honey and almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
