Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
How to Make it
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the Nutella, flour, egg, and baking powder together in a large bowl until well combined.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your hand.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cookies are set.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
